To Do List for Advisors:
1. Fill out the Advisor Google Form - Click the link above no later then Monday April 13th

2. Request to be on your JOC April Agenda (where applicable)

3. Provide the National Technical Standards to your competitor and their instructor                            NTS location instructions are located under Alert #3 (Video info begins at 1 min 40 sec)
           a) Review the Competition Updates Page on the National site - OFTEN
           b) New this year. You may also access the NTS through Pathful. Link at Alert #3.

4. Make your travel plans immediately. The direct flights at a good time go fast!
    *There is a mandatory meeting Monday 6/1 at 9:00 PM for necessary updates and info

5. Review the SkillsUSA NLSC Microsite. This will be your biggest asset moving forward.

6. Hotel accommodations will be made on the National Registration site.
           a) Select Hotel Reservations on the top left of the Conference Registration tab
                 1) Names must be entered the same as your National Membership
           b) If you are sharing a room with another school, you need the official school name and   
               students name(s) - No school acronyms
           c) Direct from Nationals: All state-registered participants must be housed in the hotel assigned by SkillsUSA for their state, unless otherwise                                 approved by the SkillsUSA Office of Conference, Meeting and Event Management. If participants are not staying within their assigned state delegation room                                 block, their NLSC registration for programs and events is in jeopardy.

7. Go to SkillsUSA.org to register for NLSC - Opens April 13th
           a) Login> Select Conference on the right 2026 SkillsUSA National Leadership...>                                 Follow instructions. Use the video at the top right for assistance        
           b) Don't forget to hit submit. An invoice will be emailed to you immediately
        
8. Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola > get your tickets now or they will be gone

PAYMENTS: Registration will be mailed to the State Office. Address is on the invoice.
                       Hotel Payments are paid directly to the hotel.                
 
Deadlines
April 10th - National Courtesy Corp Applications Due
April 13th - Google Form Due to State Office
April 13th - Registration Opens at SkillsUSA.org
April 20th - Registration Closes - No exceptions will be made
                     Medical and Dietary Accommodations due with registration (tab on registration)

                     National T-shirt and bag are available/select Optional Fees on registration screen
                     Community Service selected under Add-on Events on registration screen
May 4th & 5th - Competitors receive login credentials - Be patient. They are sporadic all day.
May 4th - General Public Registration Opens on Microsite
May 5th - Registration Payment Due to State Office 
May 6th - You may contact CustomerCare@skillsusa.org if you did not receive credentials

May 5th - 22nd at 5 PM - NO EXTENSIONS - Online Submission Requirements
